In the past 4 years, I've been to 3 Hope Bowls, and been in 2 car accidents on the day of the tourney.
Sophomore year, we were heading back to UDel for the Highlighter party when I had a little run-in with a Temple School bus (that was the front of my car).
Last year, I drove my house to temple to UDel to temple to home to UDel and back home the next day without any problems.
This year, I drove my house to UDel and then on my way back home, my car destroyed.
The night before the games I told someone, "I wouldn't miss it." Next year, I'm gonna have to think about it. Maybe I can go without driving any where that day.
